I have finally become fed up with clan administrators as a whole. It seems like most of the time they want you to join their clan simply to <b>RULE OVER YOU</b>. I don't like it when people talk down to me... and I am sure most of you are the same.
<b><u>[C9]</u></b> is NOT going to be like that! My goal is to have a people oriented clan where members make the governing descisions and each member has an equal vote on those descisions. We will have a FRIENDLY clan where newbies WILL be treated with respect and dignity! We were all noobs at one time, and now is our time to pass our knowledge along. I am looking for dedicated clan members who can represent [C9] in a positive manner on all servers they play on. I am not looking for someone who is arrogant, thinks their descisions are the best, or can't effectively communicate problems without flaming other members. This clan will not be a "popularity contest" clan. If one member isn't pulling his weight it is up to the entire member body to either educate, or dismiss the offending player.
My ultimate desire is to see a well grouped clan forming out of 12-18 strong members who have the knowledge, skill, patience, and dedication to further both [C9] and the new players who would like to better themselves at NS.
There are only a few simple rules that need to be followed to become part of [C9].

<li>1. Play fairly: cheaters and explioters will be banished.
<li>2. Have fun: If you aren't having fun... you can't effectively help out new players.
<li>3. Treat others with Respect: If you can't respect other players you will bring disrespect to [C9].
<li>4. Learn & Teach: Simply put.... help others.

At this time I am looking for both skilled players and newbies.

I generally only play these servers as I know the admins are fair, maintain their servers, and have progressive rules governing their servers.
