Yeh... but you have to register the domain name yourself. That can cost 5-10 p/month. (Can't remember exactly, haven't dealt with this crap in decades)
www.redstation.co.uk will register a .co.uk name for £10 and .com for £25 for you for 2 years, and you get a years free hosting aswell, I've used them for the past year and they have been very good, although the free hosting doesnt allow you to have any fancy stuff on it as write access (from webpages) is disabled.
