Wan Id Question

for relocating constellation members
Hola to anyone who can help me out. I'm by far not a newbie, but I am when it comes to console tech.
I am a magical constellation member. However, the computer and internet connection I was running at the time I no longer have access to. I've relocated living-wise.
I figured that if I used the same half-life cd, with the same cd key, the wan ID should be the same as it was before as well. However, it didn't turn out that way. My wan ID is different from the one I had on my original location, the one I issued for constellation.
I thought that the wan ID directly relates to the cd key. Am I wrong? Is there any way to change my wan ID in particular? If ANYONE can help, please do. Thanks much

So, you reinstalled and got a different wonid?
You're correct. The WON ID is generated based on the CD key, so this should work.
