I don't even think I know what Primal Scream sounds like. Whatever it is it should be more distinctive so when I'm a Marine I *know* the aliens have 3 hives and can hear it perfectly.

You kidding? The PS noise is VERY distinctive, though it sounds a bit too much like an Onos Charging.

Primal Scream sounds like the T-rex in Jurrasic Park movies.

Actually, someone did something back in 1.04(still works now though) that you can find in the "NS Customization" forum, where they replaced spores and umbra with farts. Search "Lerk Farts" or something like that. It worked great, sounds crisp and everything. It was great.

It just sounds like an onos. I'm pretty sure it wasn't changed from 1.04

The lerk fart pack was the first thing I installed into NS.... best mod evar!

It doesnt sound a lot like it, listen to both the primalscream and charge wavs. Onos kinda snorts a bit.

its the same sound from when Onos had primalscream. In the early games of 2.0 i was always looking for the onos whenever i heard the primalscream but i'm used to it now <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

I think the perfect replacement would be a thunderous BA-GAWWK sound, like the sound a 12ft tall rooster would make just before it pounced on you and ate your liver.
