Book Measurements

Oh, How Google Hath Failed Me!
I'm looking for some sort of internet page that lists the measurements (page size, margin size, etc) of books. Now, I know all books aren't the same, but even finding ANYTHING on Google hasn't worked out for me. Maybe it's because I rank right next to retarded monkeys in searching aptitude. In any case, could someone find some sort of reference page for me? Please?

P.S, the day I use a ruler and do it myself is the day I gouge out my eyes with a spork.

Like some standard measurement? Looking at my bookshelf, I see a whole lot of different sizes..

If there's something in particular you have in mind, though, I think it's spork time.

Nah, just for novels. I mean, there are lots of different sizes, and I'd be happy with 1. You know, those books you buy that are about the size of 2 cd cases?

sorry, probably the reason you cant find anything is that there is no standard.

you may be forced to go to a place that has real books (your basement, the library, a store) and actually look at them and actually write stuff down about them.

    or school.

Bah, don't need a standard, just a general measurement. Like a publisher's guide or something. I don't even know if I have a ruler.
