the problem is how to config ur netcode for HL that it works properly... for example adjust the Rate right."

how do i get it configured correctly....im kinda slow when it comes to computers...

    Sorry for not helping but I have a mic problem too. I'm pretty sure that my computer gets what I say(when I'm talking into the mic). It's just that there isn't any playback. How would I config it to give playback.

    if u type voice_loopback 1 in the console it'll bounce your voice right back to u as if you were another person in the same server. That at least lets you know if it's getting through though the delay is only about 1 second so it's hard to tell if you're understandable.

    HL voice comm also has probs with ISA slot sound cards.
    for tweaking HL netcode and graphix check
