There are:

impulse 125 - Goto med pack request
impulse 123 - Goto order request
impulse 124 - Goto ammo request

but I can't seem to get them to work.

I just use the icons that show up on the left side of the screen. Meh.

ty man now i finnally have a reason to make a cmdr hotkey script...
anyways the reason it doesnt work most likely is because its 2.0 and keys cannot be asined to "qwerasdfzxcv"
any other keys should work fine... any more?
