2.0 Commander Binds

Anyone know how to make binds in 2.0 ?

and im talking about you push 1 button and then you have the medpack or 1 button then equipmenu
while im at it.. you know how to make double binds?

Anyway, the default is:
qwer
asdf
zxcv

The default 2.0 binds are awesome. The only problem ive heard people having with it is that 'v' is binded to both voicecomm and recycle...

so move your voicecomm bind if you have it on 'v'!
