Well, it looks like one of your models is corrupt somehow, and is trying to play animations it doesn't have (maybe it's had its animations removed somehow, though that seems unlikely). A reinstall would fix it, and might be the only way without knowing which model is causing the problem.
* Have you noticed any models behaving strangely (ie not being animated when they should, or playing the wrong animations)? * Do you use custom models? That could narrow down the search for the bad model a little.
Another thing you could try would be to look at all your models in Half-Life Model Viewer (get it from <a href='http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/' target='_blank'>Chumbalum-Soft</a>), to see whether you have things without animations.
