Mp_latejointime Exploit

<div class="IPBDescription">don't leave it at default</div> It seems that the new alien exploit is to quick gorge, drop chamber, retry server (maybe even F4?), and repeat until all 3 chambers are up (thread <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=21&t=43117' target='_blank'>here</a>). Setting the mp_latejointime to a low value (I have mine at 0.1) will prevent this exploit, as well as give people an incentive to join a team quickly at the start of the round <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    mp_latejointime 0.5 is good because that are 30 seconds.
    Even if you are quick as gorge (F4 and jointeamtwo) you cant cheat.

    If someone is paranoid he can use voogrus bugfix that include a fast jointeamone/jointeamtwo/readyroom block.

    I have mine set to .2, or 12 seconds, because it takes ~ 10 seconds to gest to gorge (from what I've been told), and I don't think THAT many people are fast enough to gorge RIGHt at the start, drop something, f4, and rejoin that fast.....
