Mods To Disable Weapon Pickup?

<div class="IPBDescription">!!!</div> Are there any player mods to disable weapon auto pick up? This thing is getting me killed more and more often. Just the other day I was in a firefight and I pick up a dead marines welder. Suddenly im welding. I switch back and continue to shoot and then I get an empty shotgun!. So now ive got an empty shotty, a welder, and an LMG on the ground which I can't get to due to having to fall back.
In 1.04 I don't remember having this problem much...it did exist, just not often. In 2.0 I seem to die at least once a game due to weapon autopickup and auto switch. I'd like to see it set up with no auto switch by default and perhaps force a person to use the use key on an item to pick it up, rather then walking over. This will also stop the accidental picking up of someone elses gun.
