EDIT: Well, that topic is not really about the msblaster virus, but the first page or so of it will help you. If you have the virus that is.
To make sure that you actualy HAVE the virus, go down to your task bar, and right click then click on task manager. Click on processes and if you have msblaster.exe or msblast.exe, then you have the virus.
Also I'll re-post my exact problem in steps
1. I press the ON button on my PC
2. It loads up half way
3. It crashes and restarts
4. repeat to step 2-3
Due to this problem I can't log on to my PC so I can no "Go in to the start menu" or anything interactive with the windows screen
Is this a virus thats un discovered or did my PC blow up inside?
im guessing your computer doesnt have enough power to turn on. check that power box thingy make sure its working right.
Or does your pc resets when loading?

O, It does reboot when its trying to load to windows screen, and most time it does go to the blue screen where it does that scan thingy, when it reaches 15% completion it reboots

Sure about what? Msblaster has absolutly positivly 100% sure chance of NOT infecting your computer. It only effects NT based versions of windows. Win NT 4.0, Win 2000, Win XP, win Server 2003, ect, so you can rule that out
Also did u happen to alter any bios settings on the day in question?
Im also guessing u have a secound PC or a nice m8 try downloading a bootdisk for win 98 and running a scan disk to see if thier are any majour errors.
<a href='http://www.bootdisk.com/' target='_blank'>http://www.bootdisk.com/</a>
Also it could be a horrid nasty bios virus did u make a backup anti-virus disk most anti-virus softwares have these.
As for others problems im not sure...
Failing that try.

It boots the PC from the disk and not your hard drive allowing u to run many tools off the flooy disk, scandisk is one of them, they are the same bootdiscs as the proper windows ones.
Btw did u try booting in safe mode by holding the CTRL key as your PC is booting?
