Death Sprite Fix 2 (pic/download)

Changes -
- Major spore changes (you will notice it)
- Spikes sprie fixing (no more 1/4 border crap on some of it)
- Spit, Shotgun, Swip, Leap borders deleted (they were like 1/4 done and just seemed to be unfinished not need sprites.
- minor (and probably will not notice) changes to parasite and heal spray.

Mainly changes things that should not be there to make it look better. Here is an example for the spores. Top is old, new is bottom.

Well I fixed what need to be fixed to make it look better and get ride of the unneeded borders. It would be cool if it was offical.
