What future?
Soon Half-life 2 will be released. The level of detail in that game is amazing. Chaos Films, sticking to their half-life roots, will continue to produce quality michinma within half-life 2. Unforturnately, the more dtails the game gets, the more work you have to do to match that detail.

Animators
Modelers
Voice Actors
And anyone will some knowledge of modding a game who is willing to just help aroudn where he/she is needed.
