    Hmmm all i can tell you is that my map use mp3's too (for rain sounds), and they are still playing in 2.0.

    I am using QuArK so i can't really know about the fgd, but i didnt changed anything to the entities in my map since 1.04, so i assume the entity is still the same.

    Weird, good luck on finding the problem. <!--emo&::marine::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/marine.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='marine.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I "think" that some of the files were changed from mp3 to .wav or vice versa, check and see if the sounds your using changed.

    i had a couple of problems with mp3 but not the same as this. I tried putting a mp3 in but it didnt seem to play. It was in the ambience folder, so what command line do i put in to make it read from there ?

    thing is mine worked before, i recompile and its not there, i installed ns manually aswell so the files are still there, BUT i am still using the original fgd, not sure if its been updated, probably has tho <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> i`ll use the newer fgd to see if that helps

    Target_mp3 will not work if it is 'buried' in a solid brush.
