does anyone know of a FREE application that allows you to put models in certain "poses" and such? Such as 3d studio MAX, but free.

    Discreet (makers of 3dsmax) offers GMax for free, but I believe it unfortunately does not have 3dsmax's rendering capabilities. It's more for creating models, not for displaying them.

    And I will remind our forumgoers that warez are not allowed on these forums.

    There's good old Half-Life Model viewer, only problem is you have to stick with all the prerendered poses... Didnt Brazil Renderer have the ability to pose?

    You can pose things in Milkshape pretty easily.
