Right when the game starts, everyone go find an open res node and build a res tower. Might be tough to do with 2.01c though...but if you are running a 2.01b server it works great.
Hopefully it will work for you...I've done it multiple times on my local server, and the alien team gets 3 hives in an extremely short time.
