<div class="IPBDescription">how to never ever die</div> Recently I played a game where we(aliens) had taken the whole map but equlibrium, and all that the marines had left was equlibrium they had one resnode, we had all the other (except for 2 that were close to the rines)
we could NOT get past them, 8 onoi and we still couldnt get through, the narrow halls makes it hard for onoi and lvl3 LMGs hurt when 4 of them were shooting us. Also they had tons of turrets, at leats 10 on top and 12 on the bottom area. The game stayed that way for about ONE FREAKING HOUR and eventuly some people droped and we won due to small teams. Happens all the frigging time. I've had 2 hour games go like this... it seems the lost art of nade spam has been rediscovered. Generally, you'll break in eventually if you keep pressing in.Dont be afraid of the nades, charge and go right through with everybody backing you up. Not much else you can do to be honest... Just keep pushing and pushing.

Another good place to relocate on ns_lost is Los Miserables res there.

We were capping nodes and had a few guys in that area with turrets set up. Then our base got overrun by oni so i set down a com chair real quick, thinking that it would be taken down easily. We built our small crowded base and turret farmed it. We still had another res node right next to the uppermost hive (why i don't know, it was turreted but not much. They just never took it.) We sieged the res room wiht the big pit and took that. And then we took the res 1 by 1, sieging them all. We were almost to Equilibrium to siege it until the server restarted for a scrim or something. All the while 2 ppl were building sieges while the rest were guarding against the unlimited number of oni and fades. We also sieged that hive near us and took it out <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

all in all, coming from a screwed position to seeming like we would win seems good to me. I always did like ns_lost <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

i had a 4+hour game on ns_hera when this happened.

About 30turrets in the room and everyone kitted out with ha hmg/gl.

soo damn boring!
