How do you stop the game from ending when people drop off a team?

Also, sometimes the game just ends for no reason; team was balanced, hives up, ip's up, but it still ended--this happened a few times.

This is on a Linux server.

    If you're running in tournamentmode the game ends when the timelimit runs out (it didn't used to do that).
