    I think www.yoursighost.com is up and running again. You could try that if you just need a couple of avatars/sigs hosted.

    I host my stuff off of a clanpages.com account. Mine is paid, 150 megs and a bunch of permissions, but they provide free 5 meg accounts too. Best part is, NO ads, and NO restrictions on bandwidth or offsite linking (within reason).
