edit: post 300!
Basically I meet the min sys requirments RAM wise. I have 128. My Processor is fine but having that little RAM never seems to run games that great. Should I get some more of that?
The collector's edition manual say "Collector's Edition" on it, and the back has the autographs of everybody at blizzard (prolly not everybody, but there's at least 50 signatures on that...)
The CD jewel insert says "Collector's Edition" on it as well. Even the actual print on the CD says Collector's Edition!!! That's great that they went to the trouble of distinguising it that far, most companies just throw the normal cd & jewl into the stupid metal tin...
speaking of the case, the case it comes in is very nice as well. its not a stupid metal tin, but rather a visually pleasing plastic box that slides out on the side, and the inside of the tray thingy is covered in velvet cloth! Very cool.
The printed posters of the 4 races are 8x10's too, very high quality.
And the art book, OMG the art book is just awesome. It was really a great read. *WARNING* though, the art book contains some spoilers, so if you don't want a bit of the human campaign spoiled for you, DO NOT read the art book till you start the undead campagin :)
PS for those who don't know, there's some hidden things on the dvd! Take the trivia, for example, to unlock all the cutscenes from warcraft2 and warcraft1!!! they're on there! :D :D :D

oh and i enjoy the editor very, very much. I never did starcraft editing since I hated it, but I did a *LOT* of warcraft2 mapping. I was able to just pick this one up and do everything within about 15 minutes (except scripting, i'll save that for a rainy day). Very cool that its still familiar, but still very very easy and powerfull.

I guess in general, WarCraft III has made me fall in love with blizzard all over again. I was really upset when I bought a $60 set of coasters from them (Diablo II) because their copy protection was so overzealous that the cd didn't even read in my drive, and I never even got it installed. But they have made everything better a hundred times over with WarCraft III.
I keep playing war3 every night w/ my friend stephen. We used to play warcraft 2 ALL the friggin time, and now we can do that all over again with war3. its great :D :D :D

I never fully grasped the "trigger" system and I could NEVER get things to work the way I wanted.
How is WC3's editor? No more triggers I hope...
.. YAH!!!!!!
