For those who got banned. Please understand that people come into our server everyday and try to ruin the fun for other people. The number of people banned for one month is a 3 page thread already so you have to respect the fact that we might make a mistake one time or another. I know a few of you are really really good but you also have to understand that there arent many of you. Think about it, would you rather have a extremely strict server where more people are banned but with a few mistakes or a server where the rules are lenient and people get away with hacking just because we're afraid of banning someone who just happens to be legit.
Admining a cs server and admining a ns server is extremely different. In ns it is pretty much impossible to spectate someone with reasonable accuracy without them knowing about it. If a random person goes to spectator the person who is hacking will notice that and just turn it off until the admin gets lazy and quits. If cs you do not know who is watching you. I doubt CD will fix anything. There will still be stupid **** who decided that they need some help to kill other people because they suck so much and there will also be hacks that get around CD.

So I gave up.
As far as running Hera and Bast, I removed them from the mapcycle a few months ago but added them back in due to popular demand.

I wouldn't say it's <i>heated</i> per se, but we do try hard to make it a decent server. So when three people pop up and say "oh well I was banned improperly" then we'd like everyone to know we're open to discussion of those bans and that they <i>do</i> get overturned. Although if you went and looked at GivingTree's thread, you'll notice that we also tend to frown upon asshats. Numerous tempbans and (now) 2 permabans have been handed out to people who were just ****.
Come on people, don't bash a server a person is trying to promote.
