<div class="IPBDescription">Cant sleep, dumb dog.</div> The time is now about 2:30. I'm not a happy camper. Heres basically what has happened to me tonight:

Sometime around midnight: As usual I log off, grab my dog, and head to bed.

Sometime around 1:30: I can't sleep, and I notice my dog acting strange. She stands up and starts shaking. I then notice whats happening next as she starts heaving. I quickly place her on the floor, mere inches from my CD player and headphones as she spews. Missed. Thats about the only good thing thats happened tonight. I open my door, close it behind me and run into the kitchen to grab some stuff to clean the mess up. I return and begin cleaning the mess. Just when I'm about finished...... "Bad dog! Bad dog! Bad d--- sh*t." She craps on the floor right in front of me. Goodie. Another mess to clean up. So I get that cleaned up, and seeing as she knows better, I shut her in the bathroom next to my bedroom. Now seeing as I'm nowhere near sleepy, I go and spend maybe 20 - 30 minutes here on the NS forums.

Somewhere around 2:15: I return to my room, and sniff the air. Dog crap. How could it still smell after I cleaned it up. I open my bathroom door. Theres dog crap all over the bathroom. I'm now sleep deprived, returning from being not too happy with the dog, only to be **** off even further. So I get to work on cleaning this mess up. I'm finishing up when I look towards the door and see a puddle. That wasn't there before.... "*CENSORED* STUPID *CENSORED* DOG!!!!". I clean the mess up.

About 2:30: Here I am typing this message, the dog is back in the bathroom, and I'm not a happy camper. Someone please make it stop.

Yea as much as it pisses me off, I am a bit worried about her seeing as shes really old. 16 year old Bichon Frise. I'd say shes about 70% deaf (can't hear people, only loud noises and my other dog barking), and I think her eyes are starting to go too.

seeing sick dogs breaks my heart :/ walk her a bit and if she starts eating grass, let her. helps their stomach a lot if they're sick.

Poor doggeh. Get her to the vet sometime, getting sick is always harder on an older dog.

I would say "that's why cats are better", but my cat has a nasty habit of overeating (I think) and then puking in strategic locations. At least she's stopped farting when I pick her up. She used to do that as a kitten - whenever anyone picked her up there'd be this awful stench of annoyed kitten, all of a sudden...

Dogs eat grass naturally. It helps their digestive system.
No idea how but it does.

dogs and cats eat grass to cleanse their digestive tracts and to supplement their bodies with nutritive chlorophyll

usually it clears the bowels and helps them throw up what is bad. chemical reaction i would think.

A sick budgerigar looks like the most miserable creature on earth. And the poor critters are so fragile too. Can easily die from a cold if you don't take care. Or parasites. Or stomach infectation. Or epilepsia. Never had a cat or dog though.
