I would recommend Net Ants
It'll remember where you are in the Download and allow you to resume it later
Netants doesn't work with this download file. It uses Bittorrent

Sounds like the good old-fashioned "over-protective computer user". "Anything on the internet is likely to be made by evil people who are out to get my computer." No offense.
Ahhhhh
Your one of those "Bittorrent Hippys" To use a quote from MonsE

Goshdarnit! The whole friggen point of bittorrent is that you can resume it any time you want! It juts downloads whatever bits you need from other people, and other people download whatever bits you've downloaded already! Just double click on the torrent and select the partially downloaded file, and it'll resume.
There is none. There's a cancel button, and when you try to use the torrent file again and select the partially downloaded junk, it should resume.

True dat!
You paying any attention at all?
1st - Download a resume program (like GetRight or something)
2nd - Go to the download site, right click and select "download with GetRight"
3rd - When you want to sleep, pause the download, turn off the computer and sleep!
4th - When you wake up, turn on the computer, select resume and then follow step 3.
Voila!
Is there a lot of difference between eDonkey and Overnet? Because I can expect the videos I download to take up to 2 days - that was the case for the episodes of Trigun I downloaded.
I know the purpose of eDonkey and BitTorrents are different - you can find about any file through eDonkey, but Torrents are generally for newly released files, and they download FAST. I can reach max speed of my DSL with Torrents (150kbs). If I'm lucky with Overnet, I score around 40kbs, and that's after having to wait God knows how long at 0kbs while I deal with uncancelable uploads with my temporary files.
