Redemption For Onos?

I was once playing on a server that was playing ns_Seige006. Anywho, we set up a base and 1 onos came, we all opened fire and after a while, blink, the damn onos vanishes. I say "WTH? onos has redemption now?" but no one answers me. Anywho, does anyone know if onos has redemption/planned to have redemption or was this a hack/exploit/bug/my CPU <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> .

P.S. this also happened when i was on one of those custom map servers.

Despite what it says in the manual, the onos has had redemption for as long as I can remember. The manual says that onos can't redeem because there have been issues with them getting stuck in hives, which I think have since been fixed. (Either that or everyone has the unstuck plugin so it doesn't really matter.)

Bah, if I have onos I always get cara. Seems to me if I can get 70 res as one alien in 1.04 then the game is over.

I have noticed that regen onos is near imposible to kill unless there is a hmg kicking about.

you can only get redemption before u go onos tho cant you? if u upgrade after you onos it wont let you i mean? <----- i vaguely remember a topic discussing this before and i think those were the two points that came up.

This is a mere rumor, you can evolve redemption both before and after onosing, and the onos will still redeem as normal.
