<div class="IPBDescription">does it exist?</div> Ever have a awesome song that you want to put into a flash intro, or to dub it over something, but you can't because some retard with a voice that isn't worth **** ruins the whole thing.

So, if anyone knows any program that can help me take out these ***ty lyrics, please let me know.

    uh, sounds impossible. my suggestions: get all the tabs needed for the song and have a band reproduce the song w/out the vocals, get good part of the music w/out voice and loop it in an audio program. or... you could get lucky and find a copy that has everything w/out vocals.

    There are also numerous plug-ins for Winamp, atlhough don't expect great results...     My younger brother has the MOST amazing Stereo. It has a Voice Mask button, which totally removes the vocals, it's incredible!

    He's a ****... I'm jealous of him... :/

    I downloaded gold wave, booted it up.
    To be honest I have no idea what i'm doing in this program.

    Anyone want to give me a hint?

    GoldWave is an excellent tool for sound editing. As is SoundForge.

    I think i figured it out.
    Pretty simple too, "reduce vocals".

    Although it doesn't completely take them away.

    Well, you have to set the range, from which it removes the vocals. But epxect a dramatic reduce in quality by adjusting the levels higher.

    It depends....On some songs, it takes the vocals away and sounds perfect, but other times, it just makes it quiet and jacks the song up, lol.
