Random Team Variable

We all know how annoying it's when we try to play pub and a bunch of morons stack either the marine team or kharaa team making the game start with 2 brave souls, 1 in each team... We probably also know the case where a server is filled with people from 1 clan who all want to play in the same team no matter how much it inbalances the game.
I was thinking, wouldn't a simple forcerandom variable solve all those problems occuring in pub games? I'm aware of the random plugin but that plugin is only installed on 1% of the servers maximum... <!--emo&--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif'><!--endemo-->

guess it.
But Flayra can't program the manners of others.
There is already an in-game way to have random-teams. You just need to get folks to agree on using it. This isn't a game issue, its a people issue.
That said, leave people-issues for plugins. Solving such issues may fix a problem.. but it also hurts us genuine pub players. What if I have been pining some some gorge loving and it keeps sticking me on marine everytime? Doesn't seem like a game I'd stay and play very long.
Flayra = code game to solve computer/technical/balance issues
NS fans = code plugins to solve people issues
