Can't upload picture files . . .
Everytime I try to upload picture files to a forum post, or even for my avatar, It tells me that that type of file is not allowed.
EVEN for the avatar it said:
Supported file types or .gif .jpeg .jpg
NONE of these work and I was going to post a screenshot earlier but it didn't work. I had even converted it to a .jpg to decrease files size and make it compatable . . .
EDIT: I didn't mean to type TEXT in the stupid title, I meant TECH. Sorry!

you have an avatar and a sig.
If you are talking about having NS.org host your avatar, that aint done (just use one of many free ones )
as for attaching files, what have you been trying to attach?
Or do I have to host my own darn screen shots like I did that wonderful avatar and sig?
(me testing something)
ok, right click and DL that file, see if you can attach it (ussing the file attachments part below)
I can't upload a *.zip file either. I can't upload anything.
the name of the picture was:
ns_nancy0001.GIF
the zip was:
picture.zip
My firewall wouldn't cause this kind of error, cause the error I get is from the forums:

THE FOLLOWING ERROR(S) WERE FOUND
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You cannot upload this type of file
ns_nancy0001.GIF
and
post-18-1057178751.gif
could that be something?
and do the same you did with my spawn pic with this file:
Here it goes . . .
I swear to go i'm going to kill my computer
I'm gonna try it from my laptop.
Did not work, from either computer. File is well within the requirements. If I download it from Thansal it does fine, other wise it's screwed. I have saved these files from Thansal and even renamed them. They still upload. Everything else won't. This piece of crap . . .

sorry mate, thayts the issue.
Honestly I would suggest to simply use your host for imgs (simply use img tags and it looks better and you can have multiple imgs per post).
Well, thats that, sorry mate
