i think aim falls into at one of those catagories..

btw all im trying to do here is proove someone WRONG so if u agree with me just put a simple "TOOR U ARE SO WRONG" as ur msg. doesnt require a full blown debate.

Seriously, though, aiming is a skill. I seriously doubt your clanner firends were perfectly accurate when they were new to FPS gaming. Of course, most clanners 1. Ignore the fact they were ever newbies, and 2. Expect everyone to play perfectly.

This is more of a mental issue, I am thinking.

It is a skill, but it's far from the most glamorous of skills imo.. Aiming, or tracking a model with your crosshair is really such a bot-like skill.. While things like movement / strategy are more complex and creative skills.
