old school hip hop is most def off the chain, I want this to be rap rap not wanna be rap like the weak stuff they play on the radio today, I plan to incorporate more facets of different styles as the rap progresses.

Just make sure you don't stuff too little or too less words in one line
For me it was easy because I had the music, and lyrics to fal back on
Making up something entirely new is a whole different subject
