Sure enough I go there, type in the serial number, and it showed whose registered it since they've had it. Write this on all youre dollars and track where they go (if people actually register where it is). That's the whole point of the system.

If enough people do it, than you can say like.. 5 years down the line "oh man.. these people also had my dollar and they registered it online too!"
