<div class="IPBDescription">Is it worth it?</div> The e-GeForce FX 5200 is the newest card out and it sports the FX series at a mind-boggling price; 99 bucks. its 128mb, and not 64mb which is an eye-popper when it comes to low-priced/lower-quality card series' like the geforce 4 MX series to the TI series. I can't remember a time when a 128 mb card from a new graphics card series was priced this low. So what's the deal? Is this card a heaven-set piece of equipment? Or is it the emachines of graphics cards? Anyone know? Post what you know about it here since Im DYING to get rid of my geforce 2 mx 200 for a new card... provided I get a new hard drive first.

Industry buzz is that nVidia is temporarily ceding the "top performer" status to ATI, but is instead poised to dominate the "mid-range" market. I suspect the FX cards are a darned good value.
