Ok, I want to change the little jingle Windows Plays when you start it, and I want to change the default Icons to a light blue scheme.

    Then why don't you?

    Google might help, but I think the jingle thing is in the windows settings somewhere.

    1) start->control panel->sounds
    I can't believe people still don't know how to change that. When I reinstall its the first thing I turn off after installing sound card drivers...

    2) www.google.com go find some light blue scheme icons...

    Seeing how WinME doesn't have a Sounds Folder in the Control Panel I understand why for the WinMe Users.

    What? I'm on ME and I have a sound folder in the control panel. Anyways, yeah I had nothing to contribute, I was just befuddled at your statement.
