I played through the original System Shock on the easiest possible difficulty setting. The control scheme was wacky, but I found the story to be interesting, so I wanted to see the end of it. God I hated cyberspace.
I haven't beaten the game yet. but what I have seen so far is pretty damn good <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

You could've told us ahead of time that there were spoilers. I'm playing that!
Wait, your character dies in the end? Really? Man, it must have been longer than I thought since I played through that game. Good atmosphere though, I'm waiting impatiently for the second pack of Rebirth.
So where did you get your copy? <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

GWAR, If you've installed the SS2 rebirth pack then thats your problem. To resolve it you need to find the mesh.crf filw in you ss2 folder. Open it with Winrar and extract all the files into the mesh folder where the rebirth models were extracted. When it asks DO NOT OVERWRITE THE OLD FILES as this will get rid o the new models. For some reason the ss2 multiplayer doesn't like the models being split between the 2 files, so they either have to be all in the mesh folder or all in the mesh.crf.

Oh, and the player ends in a limbo between life and death and moves to kansas.
Haha, that's great.
I got my copy from Walmart for $10 around a year ago. Finally played it 2 months ago, or something like that.
