MetaMod request:

I'd like to see a mod where you can spawn stuff... like spawn an IP or a CC or an empty hive placeholder. I thought of this while playing NS single players, and i thought that would solve the problems.

    give team_armory, give team_turretfactory

    I have to warn you though, you cannot build them. If you have bigdig turned on, and you spawn an item, server crash.

    You can use stripper2 to add entilities into the map. botman's plugin
