<div class="IPBDescription">from the NS Fire Department</div> I'm seeing an increasing number of threads where in the first couple of posts someone jumps in with "OMFGz USE SEARCH FGS OR YUOLL GET FLAMMED AND THE TREAD WIL B CLOSED!!!1" which frankly is less welcome than the repeated threads (or whatever) they're in response to.
Now, the people who make those posts might be under the somewhat misguided impression that they're being helpful, and that others around the forum (and I suppose this applies to the whole board, not just here) both approve of and appreciate what they're doing.
However, you might notice sometimes that the "nice" posters around here (people like Hamster and Del, for example) if they're going to say anything like that put it more like "You should try searching in future, <i>but</i> here's your answer..."
See the difference here - one is flamebait, and one is genuinely helpful. See if you can tell which is which.

thanks for the complement, but yeah, i have been the author of a few too many flames to have anyone say that... ANYWAY...
My deepest apologies to those that have been on the reciving end of them (MAINLY Roadmaster for one... and then. Nightcrawler...)
To make it a little more formal, here is my Apology to both of them...
Roadmaster - you have proven your point numerous times before, and you are not a hateful guy, thank you for taking time out of your busy life to set me straight on how important a relationship void of hate can be benificial for the community at large.
Nightcrawler - although i disagree with you on the point of the Acuracy of models, i do see how your side would feel, and apologize for any greif, anger, or resentment i have caused.

Quite frankly, 50% of the time when I use search I come up with "cannot display page" error or whatever, so it's hard to search I imagine for some people; of course many don't even try.
yeha guys, also im hoping to realy put some effort in and help people who do ask the dammed question of all! "where can i find this" or if i know the thread is fuel for my fire, i just keep away from it, and have alook wen its locked!
