<div class="IPBDescription">The Hive Mind now Open!</div> As some of you who follow EliteGuards tireless devotion to maintaining a list of all NS maps may be aware, we have recently re-opened our old site "The NS Archives" to <a href='http://WWW.TheHiveMind.Org' target='_blank'>The Hive Mind</a>. This constitutes a major move for us as we now have our own domain and a faster line. I'm sure many of you who used the old site are aware that at times the downloading was painfully slow, but hopefully that is now a thing of the past.
We have also added many new features to the site we hope will be of use to mappers and plugin makers alike to whit an upload system. Users who register on the site, and produce material for NS many now apply for an upload account which they can use to upload their newest work. We have also finalized the installation of our gallery system so users may now also obtain their own gallery to post screenshots of their work. We hope that this will also help encourage the use of the rating system, which while somewhat cumbersome is a good way to let others know your feelings on NS maps, as well as a review system for people who wish to write somewhat more lengthy reviews of any maps or plugins they use.
We would also like to announce the creation of a mailing list <a href='mailto:mapping@thehivemind.org'>mapping@thehivemind.org</a> which users can apply to get news about the newst maps found by EliteGuard, or to just chat via email about the mapping scene.
Having said all that we are currently still looking for people interested in maintaning the server plugins and models seciton of the site. If you would be interested in this position feel free to leave us a message on the website, or email us.
