    free internet?     Well, how does <i>connecting</i> at 300 baud sound, even with a 56k modem?  I tells ya, the service I get over here in egypt isn't superb (It's free, government sponsored) and they charge an insane amount of money for the phones.  Netzero is the only one I've heard of in the states, but I'm sure there are others out there somewhere.
