<div class="IPBDescription">A picture of my ready_room [nay]</div>heres a preview of my ready_room, oh btw the signs with aliens/marines etc are much clear to read once you are facing them head on, they also do a fuzz effect like its meant to be a holographic prejection <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

My map will be finished tomorrow night (wens 26th) once i done a compile, it will be in beta 1 stages and commandor mode wont of be made fully functional. But the map will be playable, all i am doing now is placing area rooms and corridors to ensure that layout is playable.

PLEASE NOTE the jpg compression has blurred the picture and the join aliens... etc dont acutally look that blurred!

    The only problem you already pointed out and so it's no longer a problem: I thought the green signs wouldn't be readable.

    Well, It's nice Nay, but the room must be bigger. Mabey you could give more screen shots sometime.

    If the room holds enough spawn points (32) with the required amount of space between them, it's big enough.

    trust me theres loads of room, 45 spawn points in that room, with enough space between, its probably because i took pic from floor and only shown about 40% of the entire room

    Those wouldn't be equal teams then, 22.5 on each side LOL. But I'm glad it's large.

    nah it just to ensure that players spawn in different parts and the more info_player_starts there are the more chance there is to spawning in different places thats all

    just a quik question.. how do you did that the black in the sign texture is transparent? Because this is the last thing i have to do in my readyroom....

    Set the render mode of the entity to additive.

    looks good nay, signs have already been mentioned, if you have say 2 layers to give a blurred effect id take one away, because the signs need to be very readable, especially if people dont understand english very well.

    Nay: hehe, my texture =D if thats a force field window thingy, does it animate? if not id make another texture or two in the series with a random spread to give it that appearance.
