<div class="IPBDescription">I got it, and I love it.</div> I wasen't here for the past couple days because of this game. Really Addictive. Nice long Single Player mode too. I beat it as Marines first, and while playing as Harrison I always got a little jumpy with the Motion Tracker picking up those damn beetles and everything else. Also working with the A.L.I.C.E. was very nice! I wish the last part was in it though. After I beat it with the Marines, I started off as an Alien. It was awesome going through the facility as a FaceHugger silently, finding a host and biting through there chest and scurying to find some food. The mapping as while the Alien didn't give me a Aliens-Movie feel to it, it was pretty cool non-the-less. Being the star Alien and ruined the Corporates plans was pretty good, fighting Predator wasn't to easy, but there's a cheap stradegy behind it (^_^). Playing at Predator didn't catch my interest, for I haven't seen either of the movies, that's why me and my friend are going to rent them tomorrow and watch them. MultiPlayer was fun, but the Marines move to fast of foot for Realism, but you get used to it. Well that's what I wanted to say! ^_^ Anyone up for a game? Maybe some <a href='http://www.planetavp.com/features/modotw/x-coop/' target='_blank'>X-Coop</a>?

    yeah AVP2 is a really great game. The main problem I see with it is it is wayyyy too dark. I had to crank up my brightness and gamma really high. The motion tracking is really good. It brings the atmosphere so well, opening doors, a swinging pulley or an alien, you don't really know. Is it up, down or right in front? what is it exactly? you can't know. I think it strikes fear rather than comfort ns-motion style, yet giving it an ever-important role.

    I wouldnt even watch Predator 2 if I were you, but the first one is really good.

    Play it with the gamma at normal, at night, with surround sound. Cranking up the gamma takes some of the fun away from the game...

    no you must not have understood for me I couldn't see a drone that was on my face without having the nvgs Fear not, in NS I have run the gamma tuning included in the NS folder and play it the way it was meant to be played.

    I like the darkness, but the Shoulder Lamp's not to effective, but it does work! The NVG's are pretty bad, those could have been done better.

    Woo Im not the only one who does X -coop> I got a load of peeps in my dorm to play that.

    We went around in a little squad.

    At one point we all got separated in the labs. I was like "Hey where did everyone go?"

    Suddenly from down the hall I hear several voices from my friends

    "DUDE OMG RUN AHHHh (We get really into this stuff b/c there is nothinig better to do lol)
    "explitive- omg GET IT OFF OF ME< SHOOT IT SHOOT THE explitive THING

    Mean while I can here several pulse rifle burts, a shot gun blast and an M56 Smart gun going off.
    Me and and my roomate run down the hallway (this is in the game) and open the door to see the torn bodies of my friends. I put a burst into the head of the last charging alien.

    I GOT IT!

    meh. I loved playing as alien in multiplayer, but there's too many jackasses out there that only play as predator and seem to think that rapid firing their shoulder blaster shows how much skill they have.

    might I add that I was referring to the instant-kill shoulder blaster that auto-locks onto targets and can go around corners that made them so skillful.

    I love the Aliens that can "leap". Also, Predator-ing is fun, with the speargun and all.
