We ended up hosting our own via Claranet Eaglec and if money is not a problem I would strongly suggest going with them, our pings have been nothing but excellent. We ended up buying our own server which is a dual Xeon 3.0 GHZ with 36GB SCSI We also run our webby, mail server, CoD, Wolf ET, CS and UT2K3 servers on there.

Do you mind telling me how much your paying for bandwidth and how much you are using?
Have gone with clan-serv, I'll post up how good/bad the experience is <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo--> or alternatively you can join the server and find out for yourself once its up (at some point next week).
You may have noticed that 'roobs bubtastic ns' became 'roobs *No time for muppets*' and then just *No time for muppets*. There is a group of us now and we do a little more than just NS servers BUT we do have 2 NS servers.
A Windows dedicated server, rented from Warservers (ns1.ntfm.org:27015)
A Linux NS server via Shockwave of Playzen (ns2.ntfm.org:27015)
Warservers are now using Claranet although the past 6 months have been fairly rocky. Playzen Pings are slightly higher for me (as I'm on the south coast) by about 6ms on average. Not that that really makes any difference
I'd recommend anyone looking have a word with Shockwave. Email/pm me if you want a more thorough report of our server experiences.

Do pretty cheap gaming servers.

Thanks for the advice CheesyPeteza
