Do Marines Have The Upper Hand?

I havent played lately until the past few days but started again as its a pretty cool game. Only thing is that marines always seem to win and everyone goes marines right away so I always end up aliens. Seems impossible killing heavys with the acid shots as a fade now too, almost never happens without at least 2-3 of us working him over. Maybe I'm wrong but there seems to be a balance problem here... think I'll walk away and check back later on this otherwise great mod!

Most Marines use the JP/HMG rush now, it's sad really. Glad it will be addressed in 1.1 though.
