<div class="IPBDescription">i want in >.<</div> Ok, there I was, updating my NS server list looking for non-standard maps. I saw one called ns_veil so I decided to play it. While I connecting to it I got kicked and it said "Only special NS people can play the beta". Then I was like OMG 1.1! I checked to see who was playing on it and I saw Flayra. Man I was so close. I think the server name was like Underground" Fists of Ra.

plz do not bother to join the 1.1 servers.... it is no use u just waste ur time and the bandwith of the playtesters.... and btw dont get too excited about seeing a server for 1.1 theyve been around for like 1-2 weeks. and yes considering 1.1 is beta (i) it would be safe to say it will be coming out soon enuf considering a new version came out 15 days l8r (Flayra u busy bee <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> keep it up)

Anyway yah they been on for ages and there was a post a whileback for trying to join the servers just slowed everyone down or sumthing and u warned not to try to.

I can feel it's presence it's coming.... 1.1?? nope just curry from last night.

The server was: Underworld: Fist of Ra v1.1i not 'underground' lol, and Underworld is the 'name' of the pipe that its hosted o ^-^.

i thought 1.1 was a client patch and so you would need that to be able to join a 1.1 server, or maybe while it is still in beta its is purely server side <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

No, it's client and serverside in beta as well. You can't test a client patch with only a serverside beta, and considering the magnitude of some of the changes, they would have to be clientside.

The thing is, access to 1.1 test servers is restricted to WONID. So, before the server can even tell you that your client doesn't match the server's files, you are booted off.
