<div class="IPBDescription">What prog do you guys use?</div>i was just wondering what program you guys use to make your sigs, i noticed that alot of you ahve some pretty nice ones, cyanide and rbu, i like the color scheme and the fonts.. help me out please!!!

    Many of the sigs on these forums (mine included, as well as the other's belonging to EC members) were done by the magnificent Fam. He uses Adobe Photoshop(5.5?) to do his art, but that is a rather expensive program. A good alternative is Paint Shop Pro, which can be found for under $100 US and has most of the features that PS does.

    You could *try* asking Fam to make you a sig, but I doubt he will. He is a very busy old bloke, and might not have the time. In fact, I probably shouldn't have mentioned this because he is probably going to get a swarm of PM's from Forum bums begging for Sigs <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->

    Paint shop pro. All you have to do is get a natural selection pic and tint it a color then use a font to add your name.

    Its try, I have made quite a number of signatures for these forums, mostyly for very nice people who asked me kindly on IRC while I happened to have some spare time. I uses Photoshop 5.5, a bit of skill and a lot of practice.

    As for the fonts, I do have a large zip of good hand-picked fonts, if anyone would like them contact me on IRC.

    But most of all, i'm glad you like them. It means a lot to me when people say they like some of my work, and I thank you for that.

    My sig is small subtle, you <i>don't</i> need to have a colorful sig that takes much space.     I have no graphic ability but I think I did a good job on my sig.  It is 3 layers -- and I love it.  Made in photoshop!

    I like mine. I have no time to do anything better. I especially like my avatar. I took a full-screen 1024x768x32 picture, and compressed it to a 1x1x1 without losing any of the image quality. Nice, eh?

    Ummm, suppose I made my first one and did a decent job (i guess) but then realized I couldn't just upload it from my HD. How do i get it from my pictures folder to my sig? Better yet someone could make me one! Then I wouldn't have to send you my ameteur one!

    Freemantle, you need somewhere to host the pic. There are a lot of places that offer free webspace. You may want to look into that, or see if your ISP offers free webspace.

    HELP! My Sig WONT STICK! It turns to a red x FOR NO REASON! The <a href="http://www.geocities.com/sighosta" target="_blank">site</a> is still up... but I have to re enter the address in my profile to make t appear, and it only lasts like 30 minutes. Can anyone tell me what is going on?
