Server Crash!

ok.. Here it is!!!
I am running a server and it will run for days until it has players on seperate teams and "game restart happens" upon game restart it crashes...
Any ideas?
I am running AdminMod and Statsme..
Windows 2k server
dual 1 Ghz
2 Gig of Ram

server is at 66.100.1.5:27015

Another thing we noticed is that when a marine draws his knife the server crashes too! <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif'><!--endemo-->
Anyone else have this problem?
If someone from NS could respond that would be great.
