<div class="IPBDescription">Get the demo</div> Just tried out the Elite Force 2 single player demo. I enjoyed the first one and one of our animators for Nightwatch is currently working at Ritual as an animator on this one, so I figured I should give it a shot.
The biggest problem with it so far: I'm not very good at it yet. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
The demo throws you right into some frantic action from the get-go, complete with a proper mix of standard FPS puzzles and some awesome atmosphere. It's not Star Trek as you know it. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> The graphics look great, and the Q3 engine base means high-end systems should have no problem cranking the detail to the max.
EF2 gets the KFS seal of approval already, and this isn't even a final release demo - things should only get better. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> Check it out!

This is definitely a game that'll be eating up a good chunk of my time this summer. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
The demo is very hard though, you meet many alien scums at the first mission that are annoying.
But as I like Kentucky Fried Squirrel and his Natural-Selection
maps (roll on Nightwatch!) i'll give it a try.
I'm also an avid FPS fan but don't let sway you. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
I can't download it? <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->
