<div class="IPBDescription">What are yours?</div> I'm just asking this to show my friend whom is running an NS server for me what other ppls servers rules are. For some freakish reason, he will kick/ban ANYONE (including me) that builds in an alien hive location if they are marine. I believe this is totally wrong and very unbalancing. His reasoning is that since aliens only have 3 places to build, but marines can build anywhere, its unfair for the marines.
His rules are:
#1 No racist/sexist comments.
#2 Don't be lame. EX. Building on res nodes, etc.
#3 No marine building in Alien hive rooms.
So, what are your rules?

# Don't use terms that can be deemed discriminatory. Don't know what discriminatory means? You don't need to be playing here. Get a dictionary, and a life.
# Don't be abusive towards admins. They can kickban you at any time. Bans are by wonid first, by ip second. Don't switch wonids and return to the server.
# Exploiters will be banned. Exploits crash servers. We will ban your ip. Want to complain? Call your mommy. We don't care.

Sure that is the rule #1.
For my server is only one other rule: no swearing.
I hate other admins who mean that they have to kick/ban everyone who dont make what they want. E.g. play to good = cheater or too many gorges = lamer and such things. That is just bad. Also if the admins are not able to install plugins e.g. to prevent leapcheat then the admins are bad not the players.
Does building just one rt and place mines around it count as building in alien hive rooms? Also does having tfac, turrets, sieges, phase gate near the hive location (within siege range) count as building in Alien hive rooms?

3. Dont **** about lag (most of the US gets under 90ms until the HMG's come out)
4. Dont be the first person to gloat when Im having a bad day
5. Dont take me seriously. Unless Im serious.
I only get on the servers about once a week (if then) and I want to have fun. Dont take it away from me by forcing me to be an "admin"

how do marines win if they cant take a hive?
