No, a whole new weapon. You can do this with mm I'm sure. If you want proof go play the flip side of TFC.

Could any amount of begging and promises to keep it secret let me have it? Please voogru? If not at least telll me what it was like. Every detail. How they got it, how it shot, how it behaved, etc.

I never made weapons in NS, I have attempted to and still trying to figure it out. its possible tho, yes.
