<div class="IPBDescription">TURN IT OFF!!!!!!!!</div> I was wondering if anyone knows how to turn off Team Balancing. I sincerly apologize if this has been posted elsewhere, I looked forever but found nothing. Maybe I looked in the wrong place though. :-D Thanks

You cannot disable it.

We are expecting some additional options in 1.1. For now if you enable tournament mode (mp_tournamentmode 1) team balance is off.

Which also does a LOT of other things, like 33%FriendlyFire, and everyone needs to say "ready" before the game can start...

I really just want to turn it off so i can get back to learning the comm skills with me agains 12 or 14 bots. I know it's just stupid bots and stuff, but I don't want to just jump in a public game with absolutely no comm skills.
