That's no ad. That's the 1st page to an entire article on HL2. Don't beleive me? Look towards the top -- you can "see through" the paper to the other side at what looks like 3 darkish rectangles -- those are screenshots. The rest of the lines are text. Download the picture, flip it horizontal in photoediting software so the very faint text is facing the right direction, print it on the highest-quality paper and printer you have access to, scan it through a good scanner, and use the scanner software to look for "watermarks." You should be able to read the whole thing.
(Disclaimer: all of the above can be proven false from the fact that the pic is of page 130 of the magazine, even-numbered pages are on the left hand side, and thus this can't be an article opener.)
yumm, thats a tasty looking add, but I prefer my old crowbar, its bigger anyway...
Oh, thats an ad for Half Life 2? Ok, well then its even better! <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

I agree.
"You can speculate all you want and think... whatever you want to think.
Or, you can buy the magazine next month, and I can show you jsut how many high-poly renders we have."
That crowbar ad comment kicked massive ****.

Dam right it is. I wonder if ill be able to bunny hop still.
Anyways, if you'll look closley, the shadow combined with the crowbar creates the shape of a 2. Coincidence? I think not.
(And yes, I did have to stare at that thing for a while to see it, lets the laughing ensue.)

perhaps working for the g-man?
I wouldn't mind going back to BMRF, though that's been done, and redone, then done again.
edit: looked up Edge's site and forum. The forum is temporarily offline, unfortunate. There is no reference that I could see to the ad.
(not really)
